Q: What do you use to record your Xbox videos?
A: I started with the Premium Dazzle from Pinnacle Systems, which is cheap to buy and only does SD quality videos. I'm now using the Hauppauge HD PVR for all my recording. Great video quality, and it also creates enormous video file sizes. Uploading a HD video to YouTube can sometimes take up to 2.5 hours (!) via cable broadband. I use the microphone from Rock Band for the audio voice over, which provides a better quality than a standard PC mic.
Q: Why don't you accept my Xbox Live friend request?
A: It's not you, it's me. Honestly, I get too many friend requests, and can't keep up with everyone out there. With thousands of subscribers on my YouTube channel, there's a lot of people who want to friend me. Sometimes, I'll get 70 new friend requests a day. I try to be active in videos comments when possible, so please post there if you have any questions.
Q: Did you mod your controllers or Xbox 360?
A: No mods but I do paint my Xbox Controllers by myself.
Q: How do I get better?
A: This is the single most popular question I get in email and PMs. The truth is - practice. I've been playing video games for 4 years especially online shooters and I have gotten very good. Plus, my whole family has good hand eye coordination and this helps with sports and game controllers. Practice enough and you can know every spot, every route, and skills to help you win.
